TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Admission

-Submission of an enrolment form and course fee is mandatory prior to the commencement of any class. Payments can be made via credit card, PayPal and Bank Transfer (HSBC) at the time of application. All classes will only be commenced if the number of students reaches the minimum requirement. Full refund will be given for cancellation of class in the above situation.

In the event of a dispute the decision of Glass Farm HK will be final and conclusive.

2. Absence

-You must notify us immediately in the case of absence. In the event of absence due to personal reasons, you must inform us at least one week in advance of the scheduled class. A make-up class will NOT be arranged without prior notice. No refund will be given as well.

3. Arrangements during Adverse Weather Conditions

Classes will be held as scheduled when: -Typhoon Signal No. 3 or below/ Amber or Red Rainstorm Warning is in force. -Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above/Black Rainstorm Warning is lowered before 7:00am.(All day classes) -Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above/Black Rainstorm Warning is lowered at or before 12:00 noon.(Afternoon classes) -Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above/Black Rainstorm Warning is lowered at or before 5:00 pm.(Night classes) Classes will be dismissed immediately or cancelled when: -The Observatory hoists the Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above. -A Black Rainstorm Warning is in force. -Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted within 2 hours before the scheduled class time. Only ONE make-up lesson will be permitted for the above 3 situations. All make-up classes are subject to availability. No refund or credit will be given in the event of a suitable make-up class not being available or if students are unable to attend the make-up class provided.

4. Withdrawal / Cancellation

Glass Farm HK requires 2 weeks notice prior to withdrawal from our class. $50 administrative fee per person will be applied to each cancellation.

5. Liability

Glass Farm HK reserves the right to use photographs and/or recording of students taken during classes or activities for the use of educational, training or promotional purposes. Any objection to such use must be made in writing to Glass Farm HK.
